Job Description

Manage end-to-end recruitment process and build a strong talent pipeline for the organization. Lead recruitment initiatives and contribute to building a world-class team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
  • Post job openings on job portals, social media, and company career pages
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements
  • Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring cycle
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs
  • Develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Conduct reference checks and background verifications

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with job portals and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Good understanding of HR practices and labor laws
  • Ability to evaluate candidates effectively and manage multiple openings
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
